HOW TO PREP

Getting your headshot/testshoot done is an investment and a really important one at that, especially if you’re an aspiring actor/actress or a model.
I recommend plenty of prepping and communication with me throughout and before the shoot day.

General tips on prepping are …

  • Come with clean, natural face and if you apply makeup, I’d encourage you to keep it natural and clean-everyday look, unless you’re going for a specific look.
This does not mean, come with no-makeup for the ladies. If you’re not sure, be sure to bring your basic kit and/or feel free to communicate with me before shoot.

  • Come with clean, dried hair. As difficult as it this may be to believe, some people come with a full bed-hair. Treat it like its a special day, keep yourself cleaned and groomed for your special headshot.

  • Be sure to keep your outfits steamed or unwrinkled, clean and most importantly, SIMPLE. Avoid dirty or very-wrinkled tops and any complicated patterns or too bright of a color, unless you’re going for a specific look.

  • Lastly, look into some inspos and send examples of your favorite actor/actress/model headshots. As important it is for me to keep my style consistent for your headshot, it is equally important for me to understand what/whom you’re aspiring to be like. A visual reference is always easier than thousand words. Feel free to send references and message me for any more questions!
